Eligibility Criteria for CDA Islamabad Jobs 2025:
Project Director:
The individual who applies for this specific post must have a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 20 years of experience in managing mega projects. Ideally, his work should be on either a hospital project or a school project. He should also have good planning, initiating, and leading skills. The age limit for the applicant is 56 years.
Procurement & Contracts Specialist:
Candidates are required Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Law or requirements related degrees. A bachelor’s degree – requires 15 years of experience; however, a Master’s degree would also serve as equivalent to ten years in procurement and contract management, especially hospital projects. Knowledge of public procurement and contract laws is a mandated requirement. The age limit is 50 years.
Chief Architect:
Candidates should either have a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Architecture. In the case of the Bachelor’s degree holder, at least 15 years of experience are required, while for a Master’s degree holder, a minimum of 10 years of experience in the designing of health and educational buildings is mandatory. Proficiency in architectural software is required. 50 years is the maximum age limit.
Engineer E&M:
Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 10 years of experience in electromechanical systems for large projects, preferably hospitals; maximum age limit is 45 years.
Planning Engineer:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields and a minimum experience of 10 years in project scheduling and planning. Knowledge of project management software, such as Primavera or MS Project, is mandatory. The age limit for applicants is 45 years.
QS Engineer:
The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in cost estimation, BoQs, and the tendering process. Must have proficiency in QS tools and software. The age limit is up to 35 years.
