Eligibility Criteria for Pakistan Airports Authority PAA Karachi Jobs 2025:
The minimum qualifications for the Joint Director Security (EG-05) are a bachelor’s degree from a HEC-recognized university and professional degrees or courses in Intelligence, Security, or Policing from recognized Military, Civil, or Police institutions.
Candidate should have seven (07) years of experience in security or intelligence, both in the field and in headquarters. It is preferable for a candidate who has a high intelligence background with the expertise to perform Security/Police/Intelligence procedures as well as who has previous working experience in aviation security.
Ex-servicemen at the ranks of Lt. Col. or Col. (or equivalent) and government officers who retired within three (03) years of the advertisement date are encouraged to apply. Retired military officers must provide evidence of honorable discharge. The maximum age limit is 53 years, inclusive of all age relaxations.
This merit-based appointment entails a monthly remuneration of Rs. 345,732/- plus a 5% annual increase (negotiable). The two (02) positions being advertised are those of Joint Director Security (EG-05). This would be an opportunity to work with high-level security and intelligence procedures that are developed and implemented.
