Eligibility Criteria for Descon Engineering Jobs 2025:
Non-Management Seats:
At least 3 years of relevant experience and within the age group of 21 to 45 years, with preference given to applicants with experience in Qatar, Oman, or UAE.
The employees of Fabricators, Mechanical Fitters, HSE Technicians, Riggers, Welders, etc., must bear at least 3 years of experience in the respective field.
At least 2 years experience in safety roles and certification in IOSH and NEBOSH.
Management Positions:
At least 8-12 years of experience is essential in supervisory roles relevant to shutdown execution and relevant experience in safety and quality control.
Supervisors have to be qualified in mechanical, piping, rigging, scaffolding, or other areas relevant and should possess strong leadership skills.
Other Specific Qualifications:
QA/QC Inspectors have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy with experience in NDT for Oil & Gas activities.
More Requirements:
Some jobs require a Qatar Valid License but most of the occupations needing it should operate machinery or fall under the umbrella of safety. Candidates should have a valid passport at least one year before expiry. Original copies of qualifications and experience certificates should be submitted by the applicants.
