Eligibility Criteria for Elementary School Teacher EST Jobs 2025:
Minimum Qualification:
Applicants must have a 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree (04 years) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. Higher qualification is also accepted.
Age Limit and Relaxation:
Candidates from 18 to 30 years old, general relaxation of 5 years. More relaxation is allowed for some categories, such as 3 years for specific regions and 10 years for government employees.
Regional Quotas:
- Punjab: 50%
- Sindh Rural: 11.4%
- Sindh Urban: 7.6%
- KPK: 11.5%
- Balochistan: 6%
- AJK: 3%
- FATA: 2%
Other Terms:
The selected candidates can be placed anywhere in Pakistan. Candidates who have forged documents, have criminal cases or have been dismissed from service are not eligible.

The applications are to be submitted online on the portal, induction.fgei.gov.pk, or click here by the 10th of February 2025.
All other relevant documents are to be uploaded; hard copies will not be entertained. After shortlisting, candidates will be called to centers in Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, and Quetta for a written test.
Download the roll number slip along with details about test from their online account and the same must be produced at the examination center.
Candidates who clear the test are called for an interview, and details of calling letters are done through which.
