Chief Legal Officer
Age Limit: A maximum of 57 years old as of the closing date.
Qualification: The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree (LLB) in Law from a university recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bar in Law or a Master’s in Law (LLM).
Experience: The applicants must have a valid license to practice as an Advocate before the High Courts of Pakistan and must have a minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience, including substantial legal practice in lower and high courts, a strong grasping of Electricity Distribution Laws, corporate laws, & contract negotiations, and experience with government and regulatory authorities.
Skills: Good communication, team-building, and strategic problem-solving skills are necessary for candidates. Must be well conversant and very proficient in legal ERP systems and automation processes.
Chief Executive Officer
Age Limit: 62 years old as of the closing date.
Qualification: Applicants should be members of the Pakistan Engineering Council PEC and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Finance, or membership in an accounting body.
Experience: Must not have less than fifteen years of experience in the power sector, with involvement in position functions such as management, governance, business, finance, commerce, or marketing. Need to have held a senior management position and have been a Chief Executive or had relevant experience in such organizations as department head or member of a governing body.
Other requirements for both positions:
- Domicile: All regions of Pakistan are eligible for submissions.
