Kohesultan Mining Company (Private) Limited (KMCL) has announced the availability of applications for several positions offered at the Siah Diq Copper Project. Listed below are the specific criteria for each of these positions:
Senior Manager (G&A):
Qualification: At least a BA in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Journalism, Communication or other related fields; Experience: 3+ years of experience at a senior level (e.g., Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager type); Skills: Excellent communication (includes cross-cultural competency) and proficiency in English; preferably no-ferrous mining experience.
Senior Manager (Mining):
Qualification: Minimum Qualification: Degree in Mining or Mining Engineering or an equivalent field; Experience: Min 3 years in Senior Management for example, Mining Manager, Chief Engineer, or Project Manager; Skills: Organizational skills, proficiency in English, experience in non-ferrous mining experience is a plus.
HR Supervisor:
Qualification: Bachelor of Arts in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline; Experience: five years at least handling policies and procedures in HR management; Skills: knowledge of the labor laws of Pakistan and proper HR procedures.
Admin Supervisor:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, or a related discipline; Experience entails 2-5 years within the ambit of an administrative or office supervisory role; Skills involve proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong writing and communication skills.
Security Supervisor:
Qualification: Minimum BA in Security, Criminal Justice, or a related field; Experience: At least 5 years in security management or a similar position; Skills: Ability to use security facilities (like CCTV, alarms, etc.).
Maintenance head (Automobile):
Eligibility: Minimum qualification is a bachelor’s degree in automobile engineering or a related field; Experience: 8 years in vehicle maintenance, most of which was spent in a similar position; Skills: Able to lead a team and impart training.
Maintenance Incharge (Mechanical):
Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or any other related course; Experience: At least 8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and overhaul of equipment; Skills: Should possess skills on how to handle equipment failure and interpretation of mechanical schematics.
Maintenance Incharge (Electrical):
Qualifications: Minimum bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or any related field; Experience: At least 8 years in maintenance and repair of electrical equipment; Skills: Handle electrical equipment failures and understand electrical schematic diagrams.
Procurement Supervisor:
Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement; Skill: Familiar with procurement laws and export/import policies.
Safety Supervisor:
Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety; Environmental Science, or a related field; Experience: At least 5 years in the safety management line; my background preferable; Skills: Leadership, ability to implement and monitor safety procedures.
General Requirements:
