Senior Management Positions are announced at KWSC as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO), Chief Human Resource Management Officer (CHRM), Financial Specialist, Chief Strategy Officer, and Legal Specialist.
Possession of a Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized institution or membership in a professional accounting body: Minimum 12 years of experience post-qualification, including 5 years of experience in senior management roles in accounts or finance in public/private organizations, preferably with ERP system expertise. The age limit is 50 years.
Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO)
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT (Master’s preferred) from an institution recognized by HEC. 12 years of experience is required, with at least 5 years in senior IT management. Age Limit: 45 years old.
CFO
Chief Finance Officer Certified professional accountancy qualification from a recognized professional accountancy body, a master’s or master’s degree in finance; a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification work experience with five in a senior managerial position. Maximum: Under 50 years of age.
Chief Human Resource Management Officer (CHRMO)
Twelve years of experience with five years in senior management in HR with a Master’s in Human Resource Management. Age limit: 45 years.
