Eligibility Criteria for Ministry of National Health Services Regulations & Coordination NHSRC Jobs 2025:

Qualifications for the different jobs range from Matric to Master’s degrees in Public Health, Finance, Statistics, and Mass Communication. Experience requirement for the jobs varies from three to ten years depending on the position and project management, data analysis, and finance are some of the areas in which it is required.

The age limit will be calculated from the last date for submission of the application. Domicile is merit-based, encouraging candidates from all provinces to apply, while both male and female candidates can apply.

Project Director:

Required qualification for the project directorship is either an MBBS or Master in Public Health with 10 years of experience in post-qualification project management, preferably in that domain with PSDP health projects.

IT/Data Manager:

The degree qualification is BS Hons/M.Sc. in Statistics, Economics, Bio Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management or Data Analytics; a minimum of 10 years experience in an appropriate field after qualification.

Finance Manager:

He/she should have an MBA with a specialization in Finance with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualifying experience in finance management, especially with PSDP projects.

Procurement Manager:

The incumbent shall possess an MBA in Finance with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in procurement management of PSDP projects.

Communication Specialist:

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Mass Communication with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on practice in the Development of Project Communication Strategies.

M&E Officer:

The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Development Studies and should possess at least 8 years of experience to date in Monitoring and Evaluation, specifically with regard to PSDP projects.

Data Assistant:

The candidate must hold a Master’s degree in Statistics or MIS, coupled with an 8-year post-qualification experience in data analysis and management.

Training and Treatment Coordinator:

A Master in Public Health with at least 8 years of work experience in organizing events and training for health-related projects is an ideal candidate.

Admin Officer:

An MBA or postgraduate degree combined with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in finance management with reputable organizations qualifies for this position.

Office Assistant:

The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor’s degree holder and have at least 3 years of relevant working experience as an office assistant, preferably in PSDP projects.

Office Boy:

The incumbent should have a Matric qualification and at least 3 years of working as an office boy.
