Are you looking for a NADRA Career? Apply now for the NADRA Junior Executive Trainee Program 2024. 1200 Trainee positions are available in the NADRA Offices across Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Punjab.
Junior Executive Trainee is an entry-level position. The employee selected for the trainee post works under Seasoned Junior Executives. The Junior Executive Trainee Program is designed to provide the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to prepare Trainees for higher-level executive positions.
Who is Eligible for this Trainee Program?
Pakistani citizens from Punjab, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are welcome for this Trainee Job. They should have a minimum Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate or Equivalent). If candidates have one year of experience in Data Entry, they will be preferred.
Tehsils of the provinces from applicants are eligible are mentioned in the advertisements. So, if you are living in the concerned Tehsils, you will be eligible to get a Trainee Post. Boys and Girls will be recruited. Transgenders, Minorities, and Persons with Disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Trainee Period/Employment Contract Details:
The selected Trainees will undergo a training period of one year. During the Training, they will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 35,000/- Per Month.
Successful trainees (based on training period performances) will be offered a contract of 5 Years as Junior Executive. The 5 years contract will start with a probation period of six months.
The probation period is a fixed period when the employer sets a new employee’s performance, behavior, and suitability for the vacant role. During the probation period, employees and employers can terminate their careers at a reduced notice period.
