The Civilian Instructors must hold MBBS, DPT, or MSN Qualifications from recognized institutes of HEC/PMDC/PNS. At least three years of Teaching Experience in the following subjects is mandatory;

- Medical and Surgical Nursing
- Community Health Nursing
- English (Language & Academics)
- Candidates skilled in English Language will be preferred.
