Eligibility Criteria for PPMC Jobs 2025:
For all the positions, the maximum age restriction of 35 years applies on the date of closing of the advertisement, and this restriction gets no further relaxation. The candidates should have prior experience of at least three years in any of the premier national or international organizations.
Basic skills include high-level interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, as well as knowledge of information technology and other advanced tools essential to the positions. In addition, he or she must be able to work under pressure, such as handling confidential material with integrity.
Assistant Specialist – Finance and Assistant Specialist – Accounts & Finance:
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), CA Inter, ICMA Inter, ACCA, CFA, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance, business administration, commerce, or related fields (16 years of education), duly recognized by HEC.
Assistant Specialist – Policy and Assistant Specialist – Planning:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s and or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Energy, Electronic Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Public Policy, or related fields (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institute.
Assistant Specialist – Economics:
The master’s degree from a recognized HEC institute in the field of Economics/Econometrics.
Assistant Specialist – Data Analyst:
Education: BA/BSc (Bachelor’s degree) or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related subject (i.e., HEC recognized equates to 16 years of education). The candidates having experience in practical statistical techniques, dealing with large datasets, and using advanced visualization tools will be given preference.
IT Administrator:
The education qualification consists of a degree, either Bachelor’s or Master’s, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related subjects (16 years of education equivalent to HEC) from an HEC-recognized institute. The candidates should possess prior experience concerning the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems, as well as the development of IT policies and procedures.
