Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Public Service Commission PPSC Jobs 2024:
Qualification:
A Master’s degree or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree/LL.B. from any recognized university is the minimum qualification required for the Provincial Management Service (PMS) posts. It is intended to give them the necessary educational basis to act editably in the post.
Experience:
They also have some experience requirements according to the current grade where the candidates are serving. For officials in BS-11 to BS-16 positions, at least 5 years of service is required, while for officials in BS-05 to BS-10, the minimum service required is 8 years. This ensures that the officials have been acquainted with administrative matters.
Gender:
All the PMS posts are open to male, female, and transgender candidates. One of the policies for their recruitment is to give all eligible applicants an equal opportunity to benefit from inclusiveness and representation in the workforce.
Domicile:
Candidates must have a domicile valid in Punjab. This will ensure that they are qualified, at least with a strong attachment to the province and the region criteria that have been set for the position.

Written Examination:
To successfully get through the written examination, a candidate must get a minimum of 40% in each subject and an overall 50% across all subjects. There will be a negative marking at the rate of 0.25 for each incorrect MCQ.
