The SBOTS Batch 26th is hiring applications from young, talented, self-motivated, and result-oriented individuals to become part of this Training Program. After completing the training program, candidates will be offered employment as Assistant Director OG-2.

Eligibility Criteria
The SBOTS Batch No. 26 seeks applications from residents of Sindh Rural, Balochistan, Ex-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Females, Minorities, Transgenders Persons, and Persons with Disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Candidates possessing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degrees (16 Years of Education) with at least 60 marks are eligible for this appointment. Applicants should have certifications in the following disciplines;

The maximum age range for this Training Program is 26 years. A relaxation in the maximum age limit of three years will be provided to females, minorities, transgenders, and residents of Balochistan, AJK, GB, or Ex-FATA.
The selected individuals will undergo Applied Focused Theoretical Training at the National Institute of Banking and Finance Islamabad. Trainees who completed training successfully will be offered employment as Assistant Director OG-2.
During the Training Program, the Trainees shall be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 41,000/-. After completing the training, they will be appointed as an Assistant Director with a monthly salary package of Rs. 82,000/-.
