Eligibility Criteria for Public Sector Organization Jobs 2025:
The applicant should have a Middle, Matric, FSc, Intermediate, DAE, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent qualification. Besides those, the age limit for civilians is 17 to 22 years.
Domicile Requirement: Preferences will be granted to candidates who have domiciles from Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, or Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
Retired Military Personnel: Army, Navy, or Air Force retirees (with ranks such as Subedar Major, Havildar, Naib Subedar, Lance Naik, etc.). Relevant field experience will be applicable in areas such as intelligence, security, mechanics, or medicine.
Must possess colour service and discharge certificates with augmentation conduct ratings:
- Army: Exemplary
- Air Force: Good
- Navy: Very Good
Civilians: Maximum age: 35 years. Relevant qualifications and experience, such as those presented against each job requirement (for example, Matriculation with 50 percent marks, technical diplomas, and field-specific experiences), are also important.
Physical Standards (for security/intelligence roles):
- Height: At least 5 feet 6 inches.
- Vision: Should not need glasses.
Technical Roles: Having requisite qualifications such as diplomas in electronics, electrical, mechanical technology, etc., from recognized institutions. Years of specific experience as required for the post.
Medical Positions: Candidates who retired from the military or civilian service are qualified to apply with the relevant medical technician training and experience. For dental technicians, physiotherapists, etc., required diplomas and experience are mandatory.
Drivers: Must possess a valid HTV/LTV license and shall have at least three years of driving experience.
Other Positions: Middle education pass; at least two to five years of field experience is required for welders, carpenters, plumbers, and other trade-specific positions.
Preference: Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant experience in that field or specific position.
